Technology Transfer, Options to & Licences; Investment
"Fluidized Cladding & Glazing" (FCG) will be to the "Construction, Glass & Building Industries what the Jet Engine was/is to the Aircraft Industry"
The "Fluidized Glazing & Cladding Environmental control of Buildings" is protected by patents and patent applications.
The potential market for this technology in very large especially in view of the recent concern about global warming , climate change and pollution of the planet.
Exploitation of the technology :- know-how and technology transfer; Option to Licence; Licence.
On the basis of :- Option Fee, consultancy and or Licence Fee, consultancy and Royalties on sales.
Dr. McKee has specialist knowledge in all aspects of the technology from glass fabrication volume production methods thru the mathematics and computer simulation of large active systems (FG&C) to the practical implementation of the technology for the environmental control of buildings, trains, coaches and boats.
Non - exclusive Options to a Licence or direct non - exclusive Licence are offered.
Costs:-
Option to licence fees are expected to be in the range £5,000 to £20,000 per territory and licence fees from £45,000 per territory with at arms length royalties around 10 % of sales.

FAQ
Q - Why did the major glass company originally involved with the Author and his technology NOT progress it to the world markets ?
A -It has been suggested by many and it is to a large extent the opinion of the Inventor that the major glass company originally viewed the technology as a threat to the investment in "solar control coated glass technology".
However, the technology is multi-disciplinary involving glass, metal, fluid pumps and control which may have adversley influenced the glass company, although it should be clear that glass companies would only be involved with warranties regarding the integrity of the glazing components.
Fluidized Glazing is in fact complementary to solar control coated glass (see page 15) and will in addition sell at least 50% more architectural glass.
